Camp Rock 2 Audition Info

Submission info is already available for the sequel to Camp Rock, Camp Rock 2! There’s no other information out about the movie and who will be cast in the starring roles, but it’s a good guess that the Jonas Brothers will return.

Pre-Production for Camp Rock 2 will likely get underway immediately following the release of Camp Rock on June 20.

Talent interested in submitting for Camp Rock 2 should send a color 8×10 photo, and preferably a demo tape, by mail, to the addresses listed over at Film and Television Auditions.

This is a good month for Disney Channel fans! We have new episodes of shows like Wizards of Waverly Place and Phineas and Ferb, as well as movies every night for Wiz-Tober.

The surprisingly popular “Studio DC: Almost Live” also has a new episode and it’s this Sunday, October 5th. Last time the show was hosted by Dylan and Cole Sprouse, with appearances by the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus and Ashley Tisdale.

This Sunday, the show is being hosted by Wizards of Waverly Place star Selena Gomez. Who else is going to show up? Demi Lovato, David Henrie, Jake T. Austin, Jason Dolley, Moises Arias, Jason Earles and of course The Muppets.

Get ready for a half hour filled with dance, song and crazy antics!

Beverly Hills Chihuahua in Theaters October 3rd

Walt Disney Pictures “Beverly Hills Chihuahua” is rolling into theaters this Friday, October 3rd. There is quite the line-up of stars in this film! Jamie Lee Curtis and Piper Perado (pictured above) actually play humans in this movie, while stars like Drew Barrymore, George Lopez and Salma Hayek do the voices for the adorable dogs.

“Beverly Hills Chihuahua” is about a pampered Chihuahua named Chloe (voice of Drew Barrymore) who gets accidentally lost in the streets of Mexico. The pooch, who is used to day spas and high-end shopping, finds herself completely out of her element.

Chloe is all alone in a strange world for the first time in her life and she has to rely on some unexpected friends to lend her a hand, er, paw. A German Shepherd named Delgado (voice of Andy Garcia) and pup named Papi (voice of George Lopez) help her find her inner strength and make it back home to Beverly Hills.

This film is actually receiving better reviews that I expected. Many critics are saying that the trailers that have been released are actually a little misleading when it comes to how good the movie really is. I am still a bit skeptical, and don’t plan on spending a dime to see it in the theaters, but I will definitely read up on the reviews after it premieres this weekend.

The Suite Life on Deck Number 1 in Ratings

“The Suite Life on Deck” is officially a hit spin-off series. According to the ratings, it was Friday’s number 1 TV show among kids 6-11 and tweens 9-14. On top of that, it was TV’s second most watched entertainment show. These awesome ratings makes TSLD Disney’s most watched non-DCOM. Sweet huh?

Throw a couple of blonde cuties out to sea and you have yourself a hit show. Who knew! Actually, the Sprouse twins are quite entertaining.

The next episode airs Friday, October 3rd. It’s called “Broke N Yo-Yo” and it’s about Mr. Moseby putting Zack to work after he goes broke buying all of the girls on board the ship gifts. Cody decided to enter a yo-yo competition to impress Bailey.

Hmmmmm…can a yo-yo impress a lady? Guess we’ll find out.

Miley should go back out with Dylan, much more appropriate for her than the 21-year old Justin Gaston.

It’s official! The Suite Life of Zack and Cody is set for shooting the spin-off we’ve all been waiting for…The Suite Life on Deck!

We know that Dylan and Cole Sprouse, Brenda Song and Phill Lewis are set to appear in the show. Ashley Tisdale is focusing on other projects, but will most likely appear in at least one episode.

What’s The Suite Life on Deck going to be about? Well, it sounds like Mr. Moseby will have his hands full:

“The new series follows twin brothers Zack and Cody Martin (the Sprouses) and hotel heiress London Tipton (Song) after they enroll in a semester-at-sea program aboard the SS Tipton. To his chagrin, dutiful hotel manager Mr. Moseby (Lewis) also must go aboard, assuming responsibility for all three.”

Because of the extreme popularity of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and fans showing Disney that it’s one of their all time favorite shows, Gary Marsh, president of Disney Entertainment, said “We decided to find a new way for Zack, Cody, London and Mr. Moseby to live ‘The Suite Life’ in a whole new setting — this time aboard a luxury cruise liner.” Smart move Disney!

There are some parts in the show that are up for grabs. Disney is casting for rolls such as London Tipton’s roommate, which is a Southern girl described as the complete opposite of London. Now that sounds like a fun part!

There were some scripts completed before the writer’s strike and Disney hopes to quickly begin production of the show after the writer’s strike comes to an end.

Okay, so who’s excited about this show? I hope it’s as good as The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.
